Global Communities is a practical outworking of our genuine care for people living in the city. We love to carry out random acts of kindness for people all across York, having a great laugh and bringing energy and life to everything we do. We offer help with practical tasks on a weekly basis such as gardening, decorating, DIY and rubbish removal for people who are unable to do these things themselves. The Communities team also run sessions and groups providing a great environment for people from different backgrounds to meet and build friendships while taking part in a range of activities.
